Please let us know within 7 days of your appointment so we can promptly address any concerns. To determine the best solution, we kindly ask that you visit the salon so our expert stylists can assess your hair and discuss your expectations. The more details you provide—whether it’s about the cut, color, or overall style—the better we can tailor our approach.

If an adjustment can be made, we will schedule a complimentary redo appointment to ensure you love your final look. In cases where a redo is not feasible, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other guests. A credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, but rest assured, your information will always remain confidential.

We do understand that unexpected situations arise, so please reach out and let us know if emergency circumstances apply. We are happy to accommodate such circumstances on a case-by-case basis.-

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

- No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must be paid in full before rebooking.

- If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a fee may apply if the full appointment cannot be completed.

A $5 Environmental Stewardship Fee (ESF) will be added to your ticket.
